From a scientifically testable frame of reference, love is a type of interpersonal relationship where mutual assumption of good faith results in a state of emergence, i.e. constituents individually perceive the group’s social evolution as both beneficial and greater than what could be achieved by the sum of the relationship’s parts. Biological sciences such as evolutionary psychology, evolutionary biology, anthropology and neuroscience have begun to explore the nature and function of love. Specific chemical substances such as oxytocin are studied in the context of their roles in producing human experiences and behaviors that are associated with love. From the perspective of evolutionary psychology the experiences and behaviors associated with love can be investigated in terms of how they have been shaped by human evolution. For example, it has been suggested that human language has been selected during evolution as a type of “mating signal” that allows potential mates to judge reproductive fitness. Miller described evolutionary psychology as a starting place for further research: “Cognitive neuroscience could try to localize courtship adaptations in the brain. Most importantly, we need much better observations concerning real-life human courtship, including the measurable aspects of courtship that influence mate choice, the reproductive consequences of individual variation in those aspects, and the social-cognitive and emotional mechanisms of falling in love.” Since Darwin’s time there have been similar speculations about the evolution of human interest in music also as a potential signaling system for attracting and judging the fitness of potential mates. It has been suggested that the human capacity to experience love has been evolved as a signal to potential mates that the partner will be a good parent and be likely to help pass genes to future generations.
I came home this weekend to visit my wife and baby. I was planning to surprise Riza. But, she surprised me when she showed up at the train station to come get me. We’re having a little girl! The whole day I insisted that Riza take it easy. She did so out of love for me. Our apartment is all decorated for Christmas-Hanukkah. (I’m Jewish in case you’re wondering. Riza and I combine the holidays together every year.) But that was only the first part. Riza showed me the nursey. Pink, purple, and light blue were all around. The WAGs helped her out with that one. I had to say, I was impressed with the work done here. Riza was overjoyed that I was impressed. I made dinner tonight. My wife and I talked about school some. I really hope it snows this year. After dinner, I took Riza back to our bedroom for… well, I’ll let your imagination do the rest on that one!

Sexual abuse, also referred to as molestation, is the forcing of undesired sexual acts by one person upon another. The offender is referred to as a molester/molestor/abuser/sexual abuser. When the victim is younger than the age of consent, it is referred to as child sexual abuse. Types of sexual abuse include:
Non-consensual, forced physical sexual behavior such as rape or sexual assault
The use of a position of trust to compel non-consensual sexual behavior without physical force
Incest, when it is coerced by force or emotional manipulation; the euphemism “bad touch” is sometimes used to describe such abuse.
A sodomy law is a law that defines certain sexual acts as sex crimes. The precise sexual acts meant by the term sodomy are rarely spelled out in the law, but is typically understood by courts to include any sexual act which does not lead to procreation. It also has a range of similar euphemisms. These acts typically include oral sex, anal sex, and bestiality; in practice such laws have rarely been enforced against heterosexual couples. Such laws have roots in antiquity, and are linked to religious proscriptions against certain sex acts. Contemporary supporters of sodomy laws argue that there are additional reasons for retaining them. Sodomy laws can be found around the world. Today, consensual homosexual acts between adults are illegal in about 70 out of the 195 countries of the world; in 40 of these, only male-male sex is outlawed. This number has been declining since the second half of the 20th century.
I had came home from my date with Rebecca. We went out to the pictures. We’re really getting along great. She and I are taking things slow. Anyway, I came home and found my house empty and dark. At first, I thought my step-father, Allen, was upstairs sleeping. But, I decided to check anyway. I called out for him. Azrael was there instead. I was so scared, but I tried to stand up to him anyway. I said I wasn’t going to take anymore of his abuse, but still managed to overpower me. He forced me down on the ground, tied up my wrists, created a mess in my house to make it look like a robbery, and raped me. I didn’t cry until the very end after he left me. Told me not to call the police or he wouldn’t be so forgiving the next time. After he left, I called Rebecca. Why did he do this to me? Because I was dating Rebecca and refused to leave her for him and the others. I still won’t do it. I don’t know what I am going to do now.

I Have a Girlfriend at Last!!!

Psychological abuse, also referred to as emotional abuse is a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior that is psychologically harmful. It involves the willful infliction of mental or emotional anguish by threat, humiliation, or other verbal and non-verbal conduct. It is often associated with situations of power imbalance, such as situations of abusive relationships and child abuse.
I am getting on with my life. My grades have improved and talking to people some again. I have even talked to my crush. Her name is Rebecca Cho. She’s very pretty! She’s sixteen just like me. We are in the same grade. Her long black hair comes down to her waist. Her eyes are a lovely golden-brown. She looks really good in her maroon and silver uniform. Rebecca’s shimmery hair clips complete her looks gracefully. From junior high, I have been infatuated with her. But I was just too shy to even walk up and say hello. However, yesterday I have walked over to her and talked to her for the first time. We ended up having lunch under the big oak tree. We have a lot in common. She likes to read, animals, and to swim. Black, blue, and pink are her favorite colors. She likes chocolate and sushi. Rebecca wants to be a pediatrician when she grows up because shes like children. We hit it off very well. We ended up walking back to class together hand in hand. I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship.

Limerence involves intrusive thinking about the limerent object; acute longing for reciprocation; some fleeting and transient relief from unrequited limerence through vivid imagining of action by the limerent object that means reciprocation; and fear of rejection and unsettling shyness in the limerent object’s presence. As well, the feelings of limerance are intensified through adversity, obstacles, or distance, and the person may have acute sensitivity to any act, thought, or condition that can be interpreted favorably, and an extraordinary ability to devise, fabricate, or invent “reasonable” explanations for why neutral actions are a sign of hidden passion in the limerent object. A person experiencing limerance has a general intensity of feeling that leaves other concerns in the background, and in their thoughts, they tend to remarkably emphasize what is admirable in the limerent object and to avoid any negative or problematic attributes.
I came back home to Central with my father last night. This morning I went to the Activity Center pool just like the good old days and guess who I ran into? My childhood crush, Paul Walker! He has grown so handsome all of those years we were apart. We met at this very pool in the Activity Center. Ever since then, we were into each other, close friends, and swimming buddies together. Ours parents were all good friends with each other. Everyone was very good until dad and I left for no reason at all. Paul and I barely talked since then. But now, we are back together. Paul and I splashed around for a bit and then we caught up. His parents are divorced and his dad got remarried and is expecting a baby with her. Paul and I got back together after that and raced each other in the pool. When it was all over, we decided to meet again tomorrow. I can’t wait to see him again soon!

He Took Me Out On a Date

Dating is any social activity performed as a pair or even a group with the aim of each assessing the other’s suitability as their partner in an intimate relationship or as a spouse. The word refers to the act of agreeing on a time and “date” when a pair can meet and engage in some social activity. In many cultural traditions, dates are arranged by a third party, who may be a family member, an acquaintance, or a dedicated matchmaker. Recently matchmaking services have become popular. Although dating rules in Western popular culture have become more relaxed during the 20th century, there is considerable variation between individuals’ values. For example, when the activity costs money, it has traditionally been the man’s role to pay; in recent times the practice of “going Dutch” has emerged. Traditional dating activities include sharing entertainment or a meal. In general, a person may date many different partners during the same time period in order to have the best chance of finding their most suitable available mate.
Tonight, Al took me out on a date. I finally got up the courage to ask him out. He accepted! I was so happy. Al even let me pick the places to go. I chose a karaoke place first. I picked the songs and sang them. I was surprised when I did. I sang eight songs before Alphonse had to drag me out of there. Next, we went for some ice cream. Oh, it was the best! I had the greatest time. Al had fun too. He walked me home. I told him I wanted him to be my first and he agreed. Then, I kissed him goodbye and went into my apartment. I really do love that boy!

I Have Some Great News

Yuri, also known by the wasei-eigo construction Girls Love, is a Japanese jargon term for content and a genre involving love between women in manga, anime, and related Japanese media. Yuri can focus either on the sexual or the emotional aspects of the relationship, the latter sometimes being called shojo-ai by western fans. The themes yuri deals with have their roots in the Japanese lesbian literature of early twentieth century, with pieces such as Yaneura no Nishojo by Nobuko Yoshiya. Nevertheless, it is not until the 1970s that lesbian-themed works began to appear in manga, by the hand of artists such as Ryoko Yamagishi and Riyoko Ikeda. The 1990s brought new trends in manga and anime, as well as in dojinshi productions, along with more acceptance for this kind of content. In 2003 the first manga magazine specifically dedicated to yuri was launched under the name Yuri Shimai, followed by its revival Comic Yuri Hime, launched after the former was discontinued in 2004. Although yuri originated in female-targeted works, today it is featured in male-targeted ones as well. Yuri manga from male-targeted magazines include titles such as Kannazuki no Miko and Strawberry Panic!, as well as those from Comic Yuri Hime’s male-targeted sister magazine, Comic Yuri Hime S, which was launched in 2007.
I have just recieved some great news. My older sister, Naomi, has been almost cured of her Diregrandlusion. It’s like Alzheimer’s for early adults. She’s first showed signs of it three years ago when I first started high school. At first, Naomi would forget things that happened to her five minutes ago. It wasn’t a real problem at first. But then it hit one day winter break in my freshman year. I came home one day and she asked me who I was. That really crushed me badly. My own older sister who was like a second mother and closet friend to me had forgotten who I was. She was there for me on my bad days. She even encouraged me in my drawing and schoolwork. When things grew worse from there, momma couldn’t handle taking care of Naomi like a little baby anymore. So, she had my sister committed to Mecca Hall Institution for better care. But back in March, there was a treatment avaliable for Diregrandlusion. I wanted to sign her up for it, but momma was too afraid that it would kill Naomi. So, I forged her handwriting and signed my sister up for the treatment. Seven months later, Naomi is almost cured. She thinks that I have just started high school and isn’t aware that she’s been sick. I was happy, but I still had a few questions. Turns out, the effects of the drug will last forever. Naomi can’t form new memories just yet. I decided to keep her here a little longer and not to tell my family just yet. I’ll give Naomi a little while longer to heal. This is so great, Naomi will be home again pretty soon! I just can’t wait for the end results!
